PRICES All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without previous notice. Unless otherwise specified, prices are per person based on two people in a double occupancy room.

ITINERARY The itineraries are planned with great care. However, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities in the itinerary or the specified route, and though such cases are exceptional, in general, the itinerary should be treated only as a basic guideline.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED The passenger is responsible for obtaining passports, visas, travel insurance, payment of excess baggage, personal requests such as extra drinks, laundry service, communication (calls, faxes, emails, etc.), national and international airport departure taxes, gratuities, or other services and fees not specified in the itinerary.

UNUSED SERVICES Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to climate conditions, force majeure reasons, or acts of nature, strikes, etc., or others beyond the control of the hotels, airlines, other suppliers, or Metropolitan Touring or its associates. No reimbursements will be made because of such interruptions or cancellations that escape our control.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your booking up to 30 days before your departure, subject to our discretion, in cases where circumstances beyond your control arise at your travel destination. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a credit towards future travel, which is non-transferable and non-refundable. This credit will be applied to offset the cost of your new booking. Standard terms and conditions apply to all bookings. If your departure date is postponed or if a replacement trip is booked, the applicable cancellation terms at that time will come into effect. If suppliers do not allow postponement or provide refunds, we will pass on any charges incurred, as well as any costs accrued by World Atlantic Travel up to the date of cancellation. Any credit for future travel must be used within 12 months from the date of issue for travel within 12 months from the date of the new booking. Postponement Policy:
You have the option to postpone your booking up to 21 days before departure, provided that circumstances beyond your control at home or in your travel destination arise. Standard terms and conditions apply to all bookings, and regular cancellation terms will apply to the new booking date. If suppliers do not allow free-of-charge postponement, any applicable charges will be passed on to you, along with any costs incurred by World Atlantic Travel as a result of the postponement. Within 21 days of travel, standard terms and conditions apply. Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance without providing notice of your intention to postpone or cancel due to circumstances beyond your control at your destination will result in the application of normal cancellation terms.

Tour Safety Statement

Your safety is our top priority. We’ve implemented enhanced health and safety protocols aligned with the World Health Organization guidelines to ensure your well-being during our tours. While vaccination isn’t mandatory, we strongly recommend it. We’re committed to global vaccine equity. Entry Requirements: Proof of vaccination isn’t required, but travelers must adhere to the entry requirements of visited/transited countries. COVID On Tour: If you feel unwell with COVID symptoms, notify the tour leader immediately, self-isolate, and await test results. Additional expenses are your responsibility. Your Responsibility: Successful tours require teamwork. Follow pre-trip advice, tour leader instructions, and local guidelines to ensure a safe journey for all. Thank you for your cooperation and support!

Passport and Visas

A valid passport is required for travel. It’s a global standard that passports have at least 6 months of validity beyond the return date (some European countries may require only 3 months). For destinations requiring additional actions like online pre-registration, visa applications, or entry fees, we’ll provide this information upon reservation. If support documentation is needed from us for your application, we’ll provide it closer to departure. While many visas can be obtained online, some may require consulate or embassy applications, especially for tours involving multiple destinations. We offer guidance on the application process and recommend our preferred visa services. If you need specific information, feel free to contact us or consult the links provided. Please be aware that visa and entry regulations can change suddenly and without notice. While we make every effort to inform you of requirements and assist with visa applications, we cannot be held responsible for embassy errors, regulatory changes, or actions by border officials, all of which are beyond our control.
